CO-FOUNDERS

Rogers A. Severson and Raymond C. Smith met in 1969 while working at Dunn Properties. At the time, Rog was overseeing the companies financing division by way of a background in banking, while Ray was overseeing the construction division by way of a background in construction. After a few years working together to build numerous projects, Rog and Ray realized they had acquired both the knowledge and expertise to succeed on their own.

In 1978 Rog and Ray left Dunn Properties and created their own development company, Saddleback Associates. Since then Rog and Ray went on to develop numerous small building industrial parks throughout mostly California and more recently Las Vegas, NV. They constructed hundreds of free-standing buildings, most of which were sold while some were retained and are still under ownership today. They gained the reputation as one of the premier small industrial builders throughout the Southern California and Las Vegas markets.

Their success was attributed to hard work, discipline, and a determination to succeed. This unwavering successful partnership lasted for over 40 years. Rog and Ray’s memories, great stories, and vivacious personalities are still a part of this company today and they will certainly never be forgotten. In memory we have kept their bio’s up.
